By accessing or using the Beeswax application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Beeswax provides a cloud-based business management platform for creative businesses, including project management, invoicing, time tracking, task management, and accounting tools.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Beeswax offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Free Trial
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
- Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Beeswax and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. Content you upload or create within the Service remains your property.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, though we may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeswax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
