Overview
The Account Settings page is the central place to configure your Beeswax account. It is only visible when viewing your own business — the business that owns your Beeswax account.
From here you can manage:
- Business Details — Company name, logo, address, business hours, and timezone
- Plan Limits — Current usage against your subscription limits
- Theme — Invoice and quote appearance
- Accounting Preferences — Reporting basis, tax periods, financial year, and next numbers
- Project Statuses — Custom statuses for tracking project stages
- Office Closures — Public holidays and scheduled breaks
- NAS Storage — Connect your own file storage
- AI Processing — Automatic expense creation from forwarded invoices
- Hive Profile — Your public Beeswax Showcase listing
- API Tokens — External application access
Note: Only Account Owners and Super Admins can access this page.
Permissions
Access to Account Settings is restricted to specific roles.
