Overview
Automatically create Expenses from supplier invoices by forwarding them to a dedicated email address. Beeswax uses Google AI to extract invoice data and create expense records.
| Setting | Description |

| Status | Enable or disable AI invoice processing |
| Inbound Email | A unique email address generated for your account. Forward supplier invoices to this address for automatic processing. |
| Google AI API Key | Your Google AI (Gemini) API key used for extracting data from invoice documents |
| Default Expense Account | The expense category automatically assigned to line items created from processed invoices |
| Default Tax | The tax rate automatically applied to line items created from processed invoices |
Click the menu icon and select Edit Settings to configure AI processing.
Note: You can copy the inbound email address using the copy button next to it. Forward invoices from your email client or set up automatic forwarding rules.
