Your Hive Profile controls how your business appears in the public Beeswax Showcase directory. Other Beeswax users can discover your business, view your services, and get in touch.
An active subscription is required to publish your profile.

| Visibility | Toggle your profile as Active (visible in directory) or Inactive (hidden) |
| Headline | A short tagline describing your business |
| Location | Where your business is based — sourced from your business address or set manually |
| Contact Person | The team member who receives inquiries from your public profile |
| Availability | Your current work availability status |
| Published Rates | Products and services shown on your public rates card |
| Skills & Services | Listed capabilities and service categories that help others find you |
Note: If the designated contact person has an active Personal Profile, the company profile cannot be edited until they deactivate it.
