Overview
The Theme card controls the appearance of your exported invoices and quotes. Use the Preview button to see how your current theme looks.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Theme | The layout template used for invoices and quotes |
| Font | The font used on exported documents |
| Default Bank Account | The bank account details displayed on invoices (BSB and account number) |
| Payment Terms | Number of days until payment is due, shown on invoices |
| Show Discounts & Markups | Whether discount and markup adjustments are visible on exported documents |
| Position Notes at Top | Move the Notes section to the top of invoices and quotes instead of the bottom |
Click the menu icon on the Theme card and select Edit Settings to change these values.
