Overview
Global Search lets you find anything across your Beeswax account from a single search bar. Whether you are looking for an invoice, expense, quote, task, or project, Global Search provides fast results across all record types.
What You Can Search
| Record Type | Examples |

| Invoices | Search by invoice number, title, or client name |
| Expenses | Search by expense number, title, or supplier name |
| Quotes | Search by quote number, title, or client name |
| Tasks | Search by task title or description |
| Projects | Search by project name or number |
Using Global Search
Access Global Search from the search bar in the main navigation. Start typing and results appear as you type, grouped by record type.
Click any result to navigate directly to that record.
Note: Search results respect your user role and permissions. You will only see records you have access to view.
